In furtherance of my effort to find refreshing drinks for the summer, I offer the Gin Rickey. The Gin Rickey is a play on the soda fountain favorite, lime rickey, and is an alternative to the gin and tonic. The gin rickey is a simple addition to your cocktail repertoire.
- 2 oz Gin
- Juice of one lime
- Club soda
- Lime wedges
Fill a High-ball glass with ice. Pour the gin and lime juice over the ice, top with club soda. Garnish with lime wedges.
