The Whiskey Daisy is a sweet and sour whisky cocktail that is a perfect after dinner drink. the Whisky daisy can also be enjoyed before dinner. And don’t let the name fool you, your favorite bourbon or rye works just fine in this whisky daisy cocktail.
- 2 oz whisky
- 1 oz Lemon juice or the juice from half a lemon (you can also add the juice from one wedge of lime).
- 1/4 oz Simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
- Splash of Club soda
Add all ingredients except the club soda to a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with a twist of lemon or lime.
