4 8 oz Rib eye steaks (bone in or bone out)
salt and pepper — to taste
1 Dijon Mustard sauce
Prepare grill or heat broiler.
Season steaks with salt and pepper and place on grill or under broiler
Cook until desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium rare.
While meat is resting prepare dijon Mustard Sauce.
