1 box cake mix (butter)
1/3 cup dark rum
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1/4 cup water
3 capfulls dark rum
Follow directions on cake mix box replacing 1/3 of the water with rum.
Bake according to directions.
To prepare glaze, melt sugar, butter, water and 3 capfuls of dark rum in a small saucepan.
Brush glaze over cake and serve warm.
Yield: 8 servings
