tomato — concasser
shallots — minced
garlic cloves — minced
tomato juice
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper — to taste
Add salt, pepper, shallots and garlic to balsamic.
Mix in tomato juice.
Whisk in olive oil.
Toss with Tomato cancasser.

NOTES:
For more complexity add herbs such as basil, thyme, etc.
For an extra kick minced jalapenos or a dash of tabasco.
