Thinking About:
7 Up Biscuits
- 4 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup 7-up
- 1/2 cup melted butter (for baking dish)
In large mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, Sour Cream and 7 up. (dough will be very soft)
Knead and fold dough until blended
Pat dough out and cut biscuits with round cutter.
Brush bottom of cookie sheet pan or 9×13 casserole dish with melted Butter
Place biscuits atop Butter, bake 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees-f, until golden brown
Serve hot
